Alan lives and works as a freelance editor in Berlin and New York City. He does not only take care of his clients' films from all over the world, but also of his three lovely daughters, cat Shila and his Marathon shape.

While growing up in Heidelberg, Germany, he began directing Short Films, Arthouse projects and Punk music videos at the age of 15, later on parallel to his University studies in Politics and History.

He has broad experience in film business as he has also worked as a Producer, Director, Production Manager and Post Production Supervisor.

Alan is well known as a highly creative Editor for Commercials, Music Videos and Short/Long Format Films. Since 1998, he has worked on hundreds of national and international projects. If requested, he will handle your complete post production process from A-Z, together with an extensive network of international high-class film specialists.

Several international awards like /Cannes Lions /ADC Nails /Clios /Eurobest awards /div film festival awards etc pp have crossed his way over time.
